AI Agents automate conversations and outreach in GetRaze. Each agent type serves a specific purpose in your lead generation workflow.

Agent Types

Creating Agents

Navigate to AI Agents in the sidebar and click Create Agent.

Escalation Rules

Configure when agents should transfer to a human:
