Creating a Campaign

Navigate to ActivationCampaignsCreate Campaign.

Campaign Wizard

The wizard has 4 steps:

TIP

For email campaigns, only contacts with email addresses will be reached. Same for phone/WhatsApp.

  1. View available agents for the selected channel

  3. Select the agent
