Getting Started

Welcome to GetRaze! This guide will help you set up your account and launch your first campaign.

1. Create Your Account

1. Visit GetRaze and click Sign Up
2. Enter your email and create a password (or sign up with Google/Facebook)
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete the onboarding wizard

GetRaze guides you through initial setup:

1. Company Information - Enter your company name, website, and main challenge
2. Target Audience - Define the roles and industries you want to reach
3. Contact Info - Provide your business contact details

TIP

Upload documents (PDFs, DOCX, TXT) about your company during onboarding. GetRaze's AI will analyze them to better understand your business and generate better agent configurations.

2. Connect Your Channels

GetRaze supports multiple communication channels. Connect at least one to get started:

LinkedIn

• Go to Config > Channels
• Click Connect LinkedIn Account
• Follow the Unipile authentication steps
• Your account type (Free, Premium, Sales Navigator, Recruiter) determines daily limits

Email

• Navigate to Config > Channels
• Connect your email or configure a custom SMTP sender
• For email marketing, configure domains and senders under Email Marketing > Settings

WhatsApp

• Go to Config > Channels
• Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp Business app
• Wait for the connection to be established

Instagram

• Navigate to Config > Channels
• Connect your Instagram Business account
• Configure automation settings

3. Import Your Contacts

There are several ways to add contacts to GetRaze:

CSV Import

1. Go to Contacts > Import
2. Upload your CSV file
3. Map the columns to GetRaze fields
4. Review and confirm the import

LinkedIn Search

1. Go to Search to find prospects with advanced filters
2. Collect profiles directly into campaigns or contact lists

Google Maps Search

1. Use Google Maps Search to find businesses by location, type, and rating
2. Collected leads flow into your CRM automatically

Manual Entry

1. Navigate to Contacts > Add Contact
2. Fill in the contact information
3. Click Save

Chrome Extension

Install the GetRaze Chrome extension to collect profiles from LinkedIn and Instagram directly from your browser.

4. Set Up Your Pipeline

1. Go to Pipelines to manage your sales funnel
2. Customize pipeline stages (Prospect, Qualified, Negotiation, Won/Lost)
3. Create additional pipelines for different products or teams

5. Create Your First AI Agent

AI Agents are the heart of GetRaze. They handle conversations with your leads automatically.

1. Go to AI Agents > Create Agent
2. Choose the agent type (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram)
3. Configure the agent:
   • Name - Give your agent a recognizable name
   • Persona - Define how the agent should present itself
   • Instructions - Provide context about your business and goals
   • Response Style - Set the tone and length
   • Behavioral Profile - Choose consultivo, direto, educativo, or amigável
   • Escalation Rules - Define when to transfer to a human
4. Test the agent before deploying

TIP

For a fully automated setup, try the AI Employee builder. It guides you through channel selection, template gallery, agent profile, and workflow building in a single wizard.

6. Launch Your First Campaign

LinkedIn Campaign

1. Navigate to LinkedIn > Campaigns > Create Campaign
2. Define your target audience with search filters
3. Select a LinkedIn account
4. Write personalized connection and follow-up messages
5. Review and launch

Activation Campaign

1. Go to Activation Campaigns > Create
2. Select your target contact list
3. Choose channels (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
4. Assign AI agents to handle responses
5. Configure scheduling and launch

7. Monitor & Manage Conversations

Once your campaign is running:

• Check the Conversations inbox for incoming messages
• AI agents respond automatically based on your configuration
• Take over conversations manually when needed
• Track lead progression through your pipeline
