Getting Started
Welcome to GetRaze! This guide will help you set up your account and launch your first campaign.
1. Create Your Account
- Visit GetRaze and click Sign Up
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile information
2. Connect Your Channels
GetRaze supports multiple communication channels. Connect at least one to get started:
Email
- Go to Settings > Channels > Email
- Connect your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP)
- Verify your email domain for better deliverability
WhatsApp
- Navigate to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
- Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp Business app
- Wait for the connection to be established
LinkedIn
- Go to Settings > Channels > LinkedIn
- Follow the authentication steps
- Grant the necessary permissions
3. Import Your Leads
There are several ways to add leads to GetRaze:
CSV Import
- Go to Leads > Import
- Upload your CSV file
- Map the columns to GetRaze fields
- Review and confirm the import
Manual Entry
- Navigate to Leads > Add Lead
- Fill in the lead information
- Click Save
Contact Lists
Organize your leads into lists for better management:
- Go to Contact Lists > Create List
- Name your list and add a description
- Add leads manually or import from CSV
4. Create Your First AI Agent
AI Agents are the heart of GetRaze. They handle conversations with your leads automatically.
- Go to AI Agents > Create Agent
- Choose the agent type (Email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn)
- Configure the agent:
- Name - Give your agent a recognizable name
- Persona - Define how the agent should present itself
- Instructions - Provide context about your business and goals
- Response Style - Set the tone (professional, friendly, casual)
- Save your agent
5. Launch Your First Campaign
Now you're ready to start reaching out to leads:
- Navigate to Campaigns > Create Campaign
- Select your target leads or contact list
- Choose the channel(s) for activation
- Assign the AI agent(s) to handle responses
- Configure the campaign schedule
- Review and launch!
6. Monitor & Manage Conversations
Once your campaign is running:
- Check the Inbox for incoming messages
- Review AI agent responses before they're sent (optional)
- Take over conversations manually when needed
- Track lead status and progression
