Overview
Instagram in GetRaze enables:
- Automated profile discovery by niche and location
- Profile data collection (bio, followers, posts, external URLs)
- Contact information extraction from bios
- DM automation via Instagram agents
- Unified inbox for Instagram conversations
Connecting Instagram
- Navigate to Config > Channels
- Click Connect Instagram
- Authenticate with your Instagram Business account
- Grant the required permissions
WARNING
A Business or Creator account is required. Personal accounts are not supported.
Instagram Agents
Create Instagram Agents to automate lead discovery:
- Define your target niche and location
- Set collection limits
- The agent discovers and collects profile data
- Extracted contact info flows into your CRM

Conversations
Instagram direct messages appear in the unified Conversations inbox alongside LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp messages.
- AI agents can respond to Instagram DMs automatically
- Manual takeover is available at any time

Chrome Extension
The GetRaze Chrome Extension supports Instagram:
- Browse Instagram profiles normally
- Click the extension to add profiles to an Instagram agent
