Contact Lists
Contact Lists are static groups of contacts used for targeting in campaigns, broadcasts, and organization.
Overview
Navigate to Contact Lists in the sidebar to manage your lists.
Creating a List
- Click Create List
- Enter a name and optional description
- Add contacts manually or import from CSV
Adding Contacts
| Method | Description |
|---|---|
| Manual | Select contacts from your database |
| CSV Import | Upload a CSV file directly to a list |
| From Search | Add search results to a list |
| From Campaign | Move campaign contacts to a list |
| Bulk Select | Select multiple contacts and add to list |
Using Lists
In Activation Campaigns
Select a contact list as the target audience for activation campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn outreach).
In Broadcasts
Use a contact list as the audience for email broadcasts.
In Organization
Group contacts by project, event, or any criteria for easy access.
Managing Lists
| Action | Description |

| Edit | Change name and description |
| Add Contacts | Add more contacts to the list |
| Remove Contacts | Remove specific contacts |
| Merge Lists | Combine two lists into one |
| Split List | Divide a list into smaller groups |
| Delete | Remove the list (contacts are not deleted) |
List Statistics
Each list displays:
- Total contacts
- Date created
- Last updated
- Usage in campaigns
