Broadcasts
Broadcasts are one-off email sends to a targeted group of contacts. Use them for announcements, promotions, newsletters, or any communication that doesn't require an automated sequence.
Overview
Navigate to Email Marketing > Broadcasts to manage your broadcasts.
Creating a Broadcast
- Click Create Broadcast
- Configure the broadcast settings:

Audience Selection
Choose your target audience:

| By Tag | Send to all contacts with a specific tag |
| By Contact List | Send to a contact list |
| By Segment | Send to a dynamic segment |
| All Contacts | Send to your entire contact database |
| Manual Selection | Pick individual contacts |
Scheduling

| Send Now | Queue the broadcast immediately |
| Schedule | Choose a specific date and time |
Broadcast Execution
When a broadcast is sent:
- The system resolves the target audience
- Contacts who have unsubscribed are excluded
- Emails are queued for delivery via the
emailMarketingQueue - Delivery is paced to respect rate limits
- Events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced) are tracked automatically
Broadcast Metrics

| Bounced | Failed deliveries |

- Segment your audience - Don't send the same message to everyone
- Test subject lines - A/B test with small segments first
