Email Marketing
GetRaze includes a full email marketing system powered by Resend. Build automated email flows, send broadcasts, segment your audience, and track engagement.
Overview
The Email Marketing module is available at Email Marketing in the sidebar and includes:

Key Concepts
Email Flows
Automated sequences that trigger when contacts meet certain criteria (e.g., tag added, form submitted). Flows can include conditional branches, wait steps, A/B tests, and goal tracking.
Broadcasts
One-time email sends to a group of contacts. Target by tag, contact list, segment, or send to all contacts.
Segments
Dynamic groups of contacts that auto-update based on filter rules. Use segments to target specific audiences in broadcasts and flows.
Templates
Reusable email designs with support for personalization variables. Templates can be created manually or generated with AI.

- Sender Management: Set up multiple sender identities (name + email)
- Webhook Tracking: Automatic tracking of opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints via Resend webhooks
Contact Engagement
GetRaze tracks email engagement per contact:

- Generate Email Copy - AI writes email body based on your context
- Generate Flow Sequence - AI designs a complete email flow
- Improve Subject Line - AI optimizes subject lines for open rates
Getting Started
- Configure a Domain - Go to Email Marketing > Settings and add your sending domain
- Verify DNS - Add the required DNS records for domain authentication
- Create a Sender - Set up at least one sender identity
- Create a Template - Build your first email template
- Build a Flow - Create an automated email sequence
- Or Send a Broadcast - Send a one-off campaign to your contacts
