User permissions
Permissions control precisely what each person can do and see inside the platform. They are configured under Settings → Team → Permissions, at two levels:
- By profile — the default permissions of the Supervisor and User profiles;
- By person — the individual adjustments for each user.
💡 Shortcut: on the Users screen, the gear ⚙️ icon on any user's row opens their permissions directly.

Permissions screen, with the By profile and By person tabs.
By profile tab
Here you define the default permissions for users of the Supervisor and User types — everything a new user of those profiles will be able to do when created.
⚠️ Admins do not appear here: they always have access to every item in the system and all of its features.
By person tab
Type the user's name in the search and select the person. On the right, you find four groups of settings:
Permissions
The actions the user can or cannot perform inside the app — such as creating campaigns, editing settings, creating new contacts, and so on. Permissions are organized by area (AI Agents, Campaigns, Settings, Contacts...) and switched on or off individually.
Sectors
Shows which sectors the user belongs to — which determines where they receive leads from and which pipelines they see.
Channels
Defines the user's access to conversations, channel by channel:
| Level | What the user sees |
|---|---|
| All conversations | Every conversation on that channel |
| Only their own conversations | Only the conversations assigned to them |
| No access | No conversation on that channel |
Menu
Defines which menu items appear for the user and which stay hidden — letting you build a view of the platform tailored to each role on the team.
Common problems
The user cannot see a menu item
Check the Menu tab in their permissions: the item may be set as hidden for that user.
The user cannot see a channel's conversations
Check the Channels tab: the channel may be set to No access or limited to Only their own conversations.
Next steps
- Define the default permissions under By profile before registering the team — the fine adjustments come later, under By person;
- Organize the sectors so the Sectors tab reflects your operation's real structure.
